If you are a junior you require a copy of your birth certificate, a passport photograph and payment.
If you are a senior you require a passport photograph, a completed registration form, a letter of clearance from your last club and payment.
Payment is accepted in the following ways:
Cash or cheque. Please ask for an official receipt if not issued.
Credit card (a 4% fee will be charged to cover merchant costs). Please ask for an official receipt if not issued.
Electronic funds transfer over the internet. Your initial and surname plus team name (if known) should be filled in in the serial/description field. A copy of payment should be kept as proof until an official receipt is issued and the confirmation screen sent in an email to the Registrar kathryn.grant1@three.com.au.
